Founded in 2022, Innostruction is the result of decades of hands-on experience in construction and real estate development.
At its core, the company is driven by the complementary skills of our founders, Ziv and Lior, who share a deep passion for building high-quality, functional, and lasting structures.
The Journey Begins: Ziv’s Early Years in Construction (2008–2014)
Ziv’s career in construction began in New York, where he initially worked on medium-scale developments in Queens and beyond. During this time, he managed projects such as:
- 2008–2010: Led the development of 203 family homes and a 56-unit residential building in Astoria.
- ACPA Construction Corp & Stav Construction Corp:
- A 35-unit, 7-story residential building at 572 Fifth Avenue, Brooklyn.
- Sixteen 8-unit condominium buildings in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
A Stronger Team: Lior Joins the Vision (2014)
In 2014, Lior joined Ziv’s construction operations in Panama, bringing fresh perspective and dedication to the business. Under Ziv’s mentorship, he quickly became a key player in major projects, including:
- Pedasí:
- 2 luxury houses in Andromeda.
- 7 homes in Pedasí Village.
- 4 homes in Los Mangos.
- An 8-unit apartment building at Pedasí Lofts.
- Cañas:
- 4 family homes.
- A luxury house in Azuero Hills.
The Birth of Innostruction (2022)
With years of experience and a shared vision, Ziv and Lior launched Innostruction in Playa Venao, bringing together their expertise to create high-quality, modern, and functional construction projects. Since its founding, Innostruction has played a key role in developing a variety of residential and commercial projects across Playa Venao, Cañas, and Pedasí.
